the latest

Ahoy Matey! - Oct. 27th, 2007 : After having successfully survived several months of leisure this past summer, I am now ready to re-enter the workforce. I just hope it doen't require too much work, or too much force. Since leaving redToronto.com back in February - company wide restructuring - I have travelled for 8 weeks to SE Asia, learned to sail Lake Ontario with Cap'n John, discovered the best bar in Toronto, planted and harvested my backyard garden, attended 11 TIFF screenings, and saw Tori Amos for the 4th time. Whew!

the not-so-latest

Beck-mania! - Oct. 16th, 2006 : Singer-songriter Beck came to Toronto last week, and I was one of the many that saw him perform at Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto. But afterwards I was one of the select few who got to see his private after show at the Drake (thank you Karen for phoning me in time). I took tons of great pix, and one of them got posted on the Rolling Stone Rock'n'Roll Blog site (my pal Karen B wrote the blurb). Sweet!

FLICKR photo diaries

Last Posting May 2007 - If you want a less wordy description of some of my latest exploits and recent world travels, then you can take a gander at my Flickr Photo Diaries. included are my trips to SE Asia, Russia, Bahamas, France, Spain, Switzerland and more.

toronto updates

June 2003- November 2004 - Old news about some of my big city comings and goings can be found on my Toronto Update pages. So far I've only made 4, but blogging is way too time consuming so there probably won't be many more. But if you want to live vicariously through me, as I brave cold Canadian winters and muggy Canadian summers, then be my guest! To have a look at TO Update #1 click here.

bahamas updates

Jan 2001- Mar 2004 - These archived Bahamas Updates pages (numbering from 1 through to 29) are definitely the most entertaining source of news about my doings and undoings during the months and years in lived in Nassau. These pages were updated at somewhat random intervals during my two-and-a-half year living and working stint down in The Bahamas. To have a look at the very first one click here.
